LAMDA Development S.A. (the “Company”), in accordance with Regulation 596/2014/EU and the Athens Exchange Regulation, each as applicable, announced that Mrs. Konstantina Karatopouzi, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) and member of the Sustainable Development Committee, resigned today, 30.04.2024.
Ms. Konstantina Karatopouzi, is leaving the company after twenty years of fruitful cooperation with the Group, during which she made significant contributions in the formation and evolution of the company’s corporate and organizational structure. We are grateful for her contribution, and we deeply thank her for this long partnership and wish her success in her future endeavors.
